There is a great deal of discussion concerning whether it is possible to turn fat into muscle, hence the "buzz" around if there is any truth in it, or if it's just impossible altogether- many people, to this day, seem to strongly believe in the phenomenon, while others quickly refute it.
When people see others such as myself who have lost over thirty pounds of weight and are far more defined physically, they to tend to place more stock in the possibility of fat converting into muscle- but does this make it true? Some of the posts here should greatly help to answer the question.
